Use the space underneath

An under-deck drainage system turns the area below into a covered patio — shade in July, shelter during afternoon storms, and a natural spot for seating, a grill, or a hot tub. We plan the drainage, ceiling, and lighting during design rather than bolting it on later.

Materials that hold up at elevation

Capped composite decking, corrosion-rated hardware, and metal or cable railings hold their finish through hail, UV, and freeze-thaw with no annual staining. For the classic look, we also build in premium wood with a factory finish.
